Digital Direct Aerials’ years with TrustPilot has been an exciting, learning, experience since November 2014.

We have a consistent Trust scores  of 4.9 out of 5 in the new Trustscore system, see live panel below.
With TrustPilot we have a lot more interaction with our reviewers, replying to many very positive reviews as well as those who expressed any reservations, however small. We have quickly learned to value these honest feedback comments as they give us a chance to learn, improve if ever needed. So many are 5 stars wanting to give 6 or 7 !!

We have so many that are delighted with the straightforward, honest and transparent service we offer .

Excellent service

Whole house sound without visible wires & WiFi that works!

We visited our client, Mr Choudhury, in a rural, detached property. His biggest worry was additional cables on show and the existing, inconsistent WIFI system which dropped out in multiple places in the house. He was also unaware of all the products available with multiple options.

Sonos Amplifiers & In-ceiling Speakers

For the sound we recommended Sonos amplifiers and Sonos in-ceiling speakers and helped source the equipment.

Whole house WiFi Network

We recommended Ubiquity™ multi access point WIFI solution to run WIFI constantly around the property & to hard wire all the access points. A quote was sent for the WIFI solution, the equipment from a local reputable specialist, price matched and the installation.

The customer was thrilled with the seamless consistent WIFI and the sound quality from the distribution of the speakers and amps.

DDAV arranged a carpet company to visit on the day of install to professionally lift and relay carpets where needed. The SANUS rack for audio amps & internet kit, left, was photographed before the reinstatement.

Digital aerial service I will recommend to anyone when it comes for internet and sound systems. I have large house and had amazon eero which was absolutely rubbish. After contacting Digital Aerials my internet all over the house and garden working excellent and I feel peace of mind now. no internet issue in my large property and will recommend anyone with 5 STAR!
