Please allow a 2–3 hour availability period from your selected arrival slot to allow our engineer enough time to complete the installation and any setup / testing.
Important: please only select a date that is at least 7 days away and allows time for your Starlink equipment to be fully delivered.
All equipment must be on site before our engineer attends.
If our engineer attends and the equipment is not available, a call-out charge of £200 will apply.
- First Call arrival: 8:00am – 9:00am
- AM arrival: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- PM arrival: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
