Great experience with Digital Direct. I almost gave up hope of ever getting to the bottom of the poor reception at my mum’s house. Digital Direct came to my attention via a family member and I decided to see what they thought of the issue. They were prompt to arrive (next day) and within minutes had identified the problem. Bearing in mind we had at least 4-5 visits previously from so-called ‘experts’ I was sceptical. The engineer described what he was going to do and explained clearly what the various costs would be. He didn’t leave until he had set up all the equipment and demonstrated the signal strength and quality that we had never seen so healthy before. He also explained why previous attempts to fix this problem had failed. A very impressive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company if you have problems with your Freeview/Terrestrial TV signal. Chris, Worcester, 7th December 2019.
