Working In Your Home Safely

We have been taking precautions throughout the pandemic to ensure we minimize risk to our fabulous team and to all customers, and have kept up to date with the latest government guidelines & the very best practices.
These measures include;

- Keeping a strict distance
- Wearing masks
- Taking card payments only by phone to the office

Please note, if you are suffering symptoms of COVID 19 or are self isolating due to being in contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID 19, to protect both our workforce and all customers we will not be able to attend your property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and would be more than happy to attend after you have isolated for the 14 day period.

Professional, courteous and competitive service provided. Appointment booked on the day we asked for and no problem organising this. Engineer was professional and courteous at all times, respecting COVID but still engaging with us to make sure he understood what we needed. I had not agreed price in advance as what was required was not clear before the engineer assessed on site. Always concerned that this ends up in an inflated price as they know you really want it doing whilst they are there. But no need for concern as job was completed at a price I consider to be fair and competitive. Have now used this company twice and would use again.

Work man was very professional, and completed his task efficiently, he insured that all TV’s were working correctly before he left the Home leaving one Resident very happy she could watch her favorite programs again without fuss. Work man wore all PPE’s as per government guidelines.
