Fast and Efficient Service. We needed a new aerial for some time, but kept putting it off as knew it wouldn’t be straightforward as we have a conservatory in the way of where the new aerial needed to be replaced. It got to the point where more than half of the channels showed ‘No Signal’ or the picture was pixelating. I phoned Digital Direct after reading the good reviews they were given. I phoned at 5.00 and spoke to a lovely helpful lady who explained that the engineer would come next day, asses the job and if I wasn’t happy with the price he would just walk away, no hassle and there was no call out charge. Richard arrived by 11.00 and said he would check first to make sure it all needed replacing, which we knew it did. He had to work from the front of the house first to put up the new aerial and then move to the back to run the cable down the wall. He had to drill through the side of the conservatory wall and run new cable under the sill of patio door, then pull up end of lounge carpet and drill a hole to thread aerial cable through. Bless him, did all this with a lovely cheerful attitude and a couple of cups of tea, which he drank outside because of taking his mask off. When he’d gone you wouldn’t have known he’d been, except for the fact that we’ve got a TV with a perfect picture. My only regret is that we didn’t have it done sooner. Sorry if it’s a long rambling review, but I’m just so pleased with it. Thank you Richard and DD Aerials.
