Absolutely first rate! From being able to book through ANY method I chose (email, phone – hugely important for people unable to use phones), then by being kept up to date by customer service, and then Andy who came to diagnose and put right the problems we had. Andy looked for the cheapest solution despite the fact he could have sold us the most expensive aerial. He didn’t. Instead, he told us we only needed the smaller aerial. He also replaced an ancient cable after showing the different readings between old and new cable, and left us with a 100% signal strength – for a bargain price! New build fit out. Aerial, distributor, Satellite dish and wall mounted TV bracket fitted to our new build house by Nic. All the work was carried out very efficiently and cleanly in a friendly manner and considering he was on site for 5 hours at a reasonable price. Satellite dish fitted where we wanted it with minimal cabling and wires to TV hidden behind wall. He stayed until Sky shown to be working including additional boxes.
