The Office staff were polite and helpful when I phoned them and even called me back to offer an earlier appointment date due to them having had a cancellation.The engineer arrived on the agreed revised day and time and fitted the Sky satellite dish having discussed the options and costs beforehand, exactly how and where I wanted it fitting. (Unlike the Sky engineer who had previously visited and wouldn’t do the job.!!) . The work was completed without any fuss, mess or drama at the agreed price. Wish I had realised beforehand that I could have employed this company to do the complete Sky installation package instead of going direct to Sky. I am sure that it would have saved me a lot of hassle. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Digital Direct Aerials Ltd and will definitely be talking to them again when my current subscription package expires with Sky. Sky TV Enquiry. Following a great job last year, I enquired about Sky TV through Digital Direct Aerials. The service was excellent with follow up calls as promised, a great deal was arranged and the engineers who I elected to have do the dish work were brilliant and COVID compliant. Called DD Aerials as Sky wouldn’t install a SkyQ dish due to their health and safety restrictions. Initially spoke to Elaine who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to get somebody out within two hours to come and look at the dish. Andy was, again, really helpful and explained what needed to be done. We went ahead with having our SkyQ dish changed on Saturday with Elaine managing to fit us in at such short notice. Andy fitted the dish with no problems at all and was all working perfectly with Sky just coming to have to install the boxes.
I couldn’t recommend DD Aerials highly enough. Their customer service was exceptional and many companies could learn a lot of lessons from Elaine and the team. A huge thanks to Elaine, Andy and the team for sorting our problem out at such short notice!!
