Sky Q issue sky engineers could not fix the problem of missing Channels wanted to drill holes in the wall on new build and feed cables but digital direct were there to help all the staff from the offices down to all the engineers were amazing. Sky would not go into the loft to connect cables to the dish. One call to digital direct they were there very friendly and professional would highly recommended them and more knowledgeable than Sky themselves great work guys thank you. Fantastic service. Polite, friendly, efficient staff. They even managed to come and sort my satellite dish on the day I called them. The engineer moved my dish as I was having an extension built and placed it where I had wanted Sky to put it originally but they wouldn’t as it meant walking on a flat roof (that was perfectly safe )but they required a harness or scaffolding to do it! Would definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service. My first call to the office was excellent, the lady who help sort out what I need was very helpful, she explained everything clearly. We then had a call the day before to confirm the appointment and a call on the day for an accurate time. The engineer installed sky quickly and efficiently. then spent time installing our giant tv on the wall, making sure it was straight, he would not leave until we were happy.
